Jackson Sousa, MFT - LIC# 49583 Jackson Sousa is a licensed marrage and family therapist. Jackson?s practice focuses on treating couples, families, sexual addiction and other process addiction disorder in a safe, respectful, and confidential setting. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University and obtained a masters degree from the University of Santa Monica where he was honored as Student of the Year. In addition to his private practice, Jackson teaches classes on psychopharmacology and process addictions at Santa Barbara City College and California Lutheran University's Graduate Psychology Department. Jackson holds a California Alcohol and Drug Educator license and is a certified sexual addiction therapist. In his free time, Jackson enjoys spending time with his wife and son and practicing martial arts.


Robert D. Schmelter Robert D. Schmelter is the director of the Iron Circle P.R.E.P. Assault & Abduction Prevention Program which he founded in 1994. He has personally trained over 6000 women through this program. He presents this program at professional venues, schools, universities, businesses, churches, and women?s organizations. He has taught the junior version of this program to thousands of children and adolescents at schools and churches throughout California. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Illinois University. He is the director of the family owned and operated Iron Circle Martial Arts school in Newbury Park which he founded in 1988, and at which he has trained hundreds of law enforcement and personal protection professionals throughout the years. As a contributing writer for international publications, Robert has authored numerous articles and instructional manuals on assault prevention, self-defense, and leadership.
